     £15 to £32 depending on the therapy    
     £8 to £15 for children under sixteen

Towards Balance Workshop - a tool for life!
Participants learn a self-massage routine to relieve upper back, shoulder, neck, and tension headache/eyestrain problems. 
The techniques are suitable for many organisations from
Carers Groups to Companies where office workers sit at computers/telephones for long periods of time.

Other services for the Workplace include:

• short 'taster' sessions organised for small teams/groups
• treatment plans for key staff during major projects
• visits timed to dovetail with in-house training sessions
• group reductions and gift certificates

On-site treatments provide cost-effective stress-management support for staff. Tailored services can be created for specific projects and events. 
Packages are run during business hours with individual treatments for staff also available in the evenings and at weekends.
