Reflexology and all types of massage therapies can be adapted to suit clients who require a more gentle treatment, such as those in palliative care, or the frail elderly. The 'M' Technique® is particularly suitable for those who require the most gentle treatments.

Elements of Chinese Reflexology (Rwo Shur) and Kansa Vatki Leg Massage can be seen to be at the other end of the spectrum.  Shorter, deeper treatments provide a boost during each session.  However, over several sessions the ability to relax may also be enhanced.
