How long does a session last?

What will you do when you are treating me?
|
| Work on your feet, lower leg and possibly your hands. The touch is a light movement of thumbs and fingers assisted by a small amount of powder. No tools, implements or oils are used.

Work on your upper back, upper arms, shoulders, neck, head and face. The touch ranges from light to firm depending on the area being worked. Oils can be used for the treatment of the scalp and hair, if required. |
What specific clothing should I wear?

| Trousers with a leg wide enough to facilitate massage of the calf muscle, or a skirt.

| A shirt or top which covers the back, shoulders and upper arms

Will I have to remove any clothing?

| Shoes and... socks/tights/stockings

How long will a course of treatment last?

| Most people find some benefit after a couple of treatments - a typical course lasts for six sessions. Regular maintenance treatments have proved popular with many clients
