How long does a session last?

What will you do when you are treating me?

| Reflexology: Work on your feet, lower legs and possibly your hands. The touch is a light to firm movement of thumbs and fingers assisted by a small amount of beeswax or powder (non-talc). No tools or implements are used.

| Indian Champissage: Work on your upper back, shoulders, arms, neck, face and scalp. Oils can be used in the hair - but most people opt for a treatment without oils.
Holistic Massage: Using beeswax, oil or powder - light, medium or firm movements are used to work on a combination of some or all of the following: Upper and lower back, shoulders, legs, arms, abdomen, neck, face and scalp.
'M' Technique Using oil a very gentle sequence is performed to the back, legs, arms, neck, face and scalp. Kansa Vatki Foot Massage: Feet and lower legs are massaged with a small three metal bowl using ghee or various oils.

How long will a course of treatment last?

| Reflexology: A typical course lasts between four and six sessions. Regular maintenance treatments have proved popular with many clients

| Indian Champissage: A typical course lasts for three or four treatments.
Holistic Massage: One treatment may ease a particular problem. Some people find that regular treatments work as a preventative measure.
'M' Technique Evidence suggests that regular treatments have a cumulative effect. (see Massage Therapies page). Kansa Vatki Foot Massage: Many people who 'work on their feet' enjoy regular maintenance sessions.
